  1. Initial Conversation

    We will do a comprehensive overview of your environment: hardware, software, network infrastructure, cloud service, and security. We look for risks, outdated systems, and room to improve, and we make sure the plan lines up with your business goals.

  2. Design

    Our team hand-designs the network around what you need: racks, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi coverage laid out for your space, with the equipment and support level hand-picked to fit.

  3. Build and implement

    We install the cabling, equipment, and Wi-Fi, then bring the network online.

  4. Onboarding

    We inventory your devices, document key credentials, network configurations, back up configurations, and install remote support and monitoring tools.

  5. Ongoing support

    Remote and onsite network support, proactive monitoring and maintenance and networking configuration changes for the life of your agreement.
