Acceptable Use Policy
Bulloch has adopted this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) to outline the acceptable use of Bulloch’s Broadband Internet service (“Broadband Service”). This AUP is in addition to any restrictions contained in the Bulloch service agreement for Internet service (the “Subscriber Agreement”).
You, the customer, must comply with this AUP. Failure to do so could result in suspension or termination of your Broadband Service account.
Bulloch may revise this AUP from time to time. The latest version will be posted on its website. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the AUP.

I. Prohibited Uses and Activities
- Network and Usage Restrictions You may not:
- Restrict or interfere with others’ use of the Broadband Service.
- Cause performance degradation to the service.
- Resell the service or provide access outside the premises.
- Connect Bulloch Equipment outside your premises.
- Interfere with computer networking or telecommunications services.
- Use static IPs unless authorized.
- Conduct and Information Restrictions You may not:
- Avoid paying for service.
- Violate others’ rights or privacy.
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials.
- Engage in copyright infringement or spam.
- Collect personal data without consent.
- Impersonate others or falsify headers.
- Technical Restrictions You may not:
- Use service for web/email hosting without permission.
- Breach system security or use unauthorized tools.
- Copy or distribute proprietary software.
- Modify Bulloch Equipment.
II. Customer Conduct and Features
Customer Obligations
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Secure your equipment and login credentials.
Bulloch’s Rights
- Bulloch may block or remove content that violates this AUP. They reserve the right to monitor and enforce compliance.
Service Restrictions
- Email and Web Hosting
- Unsolicited email (“spam”) is prohibited.
- Forging email headers or identities is prohibited.
- Fraudulent use or promotion of scams is prohibited.
- Instant, Video, and Audio Messages
- You are responsible for message content. Deleted messages are not recoverable after account termination.
III. Network Management and Data Usage
Bulloch manages its network to provide a quality experience for all users.
Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Use excessive bandwidth or storage.
- Host high-traffic servers.
- Use services in a way that impairs network performance.
Accounts may be suspended or upgraded based on data usage.
IV. Violations
Violations may result in:
- Suspension or termination of service.
- Investigation and cooperation with law enforcement.
Bulloch may take action without notice.
V. Redress and Governing Law
Arbitration
Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration, unless stated otherwise in the Subscriber Agreement.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any court proceedings will be in Georgia.
VI. Copyright and DMCA Requirements
Bulloch complies with the DMCA. Customers must not infringe on copyrights.
